🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting discovery, evaluations, and implementations for mid-market/enterprise
- Strong API/integration/data-flow knowledge (REST, webhooks, JSON)
- Experience designing/troubleshooting multi-system integrations (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Familiarity with modern SaaS architectures and event-driven workflows
- Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
