Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own technical success end-to-end across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with AEs and AMs to guide customers from qualification to close and expansion.
• Design and deliver customized demos, solution workshops, and technical evaluations (POCs/trials).
• Act as a strong customer advocate, driving momentum and cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical foundation in JavaScript, modern web app architecture, testing workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to independently design and deliver highly customized demos and technical conversations.
• Sound judgment on when to simplify concepts vs. go deep technically.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and accounts with ownership and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
