🎯 Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on programming in Python
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Experience deploying or configuring software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate needs into solutions
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
