π― Requirements
- 1+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, independent and proactive.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, web apps, APIs, or enterprise software.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing platforms like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Linear.
