- Maintain expert status on Restaurant365 features and partnering platforms
- Understand client requirements and bridge gaps with solutions
- Create and deliver presentations that communicate the value proposition
- Set up and maintain demonstration platforms for existing and new features
- Serve as a technical resource for sales on R365 products
- Train the sales team on product knowledge and new features
🎯 Requirements
- Understanding of intermediate accounting principles
- Expert in restaurant finance and/or operations, preferably both
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of and prior use of restaurant software systems is a plus
- Minimum of five years of proven work experience in customer service or sales
