📋 Description
- Lead as the technical authority for Deel's Field Services.
- Drive enterprise pre-sales across staffing, RPO, and projects.
- Own end-to-end technical sales: discovery, solutions, demos.
- Translate multi-jurisdictional requirements into scalable designs.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve challenges.
- Build field-service pre-sales assets: demos, playbooks, frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years in field services industry with direct experience.
- Understanding of offshore employment models across jurisdictions.
- Mobility, commercial, or tax exposure a bonus.
- Willingness to travel ~10% within or outside territory.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills; multilingual a bonus.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, start-up mindset.
