Partner with customers to understand cloud environments and costs.
Design scalable cost allocation and tagging across multi-clouds and Kubernetes.
Onboard complex accounts; collaborate with Customer Success on advanced use cases.
Debug data ingestion, tagging, and reporting with Support & Engineering.
Build custom solutions and workflows via Vantage APIs and exports.
Surface customer pain points to Product/Engineering for tooling/docs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
Strong cloud infra knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data stacks
Experience with cost data, billing exports, and usage metrics
Comfortable writing SQL and Python for analysis or automation
Excellent communicator; ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity
Bonus: Terraform, FinOps, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Datadog experience
