- 5β7 years in PM/implementation or related delivery role; healthcare or SaaS preferred.
- Led multiple complex client implementations or cross-functional projects.
- Strong client-facing presence; facilitate conversations with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
- Able to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; create structure and momentum.
- Excellent organizational skills; manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
