Solutions Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own the implementation from intake to launch and transition to Client Success.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, workflows, and readiness plans.
• Ensure launches are on time, within scope, and meet success criteria.
• Manage multiple client implementations with visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks.
• Coordinate with Growth, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Data for launch readiness.
• Translate client goals and commitments into scalable delivery models.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in PM/implementation or related delivery role; healthcare or SaaS preferred.
• Led multiple complex client implementations or cross-functional projects.
• Strong client-facing presence; facilitate conversations with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Able to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; create structure and momentum.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
