  • Own pre-sales for medium-deal complexity: discovery, design, demos.
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline and deal closures.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations to match customer needs.
  • Scope requirements, address objections, and support security questionnaires.
  • Manage multiple opportunities in parallel with timely handoffs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and internal teams for a cohesive GTM.
  • Share customer insights to improve alignment and outcomes.
  • Improve demos, templates, and storytelling in playbooks.
  • Foster client partnerships through hands-on support, remote/on-site sessions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years in pre-sales, sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS roles.
  • Experience with customer-facing sales or technical engagements in SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SaaS concepts, and integrations; SSO familiarity.
  • Security and compliance knowledge; able to support IT questionnaires and RFI/RFPs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Curious mindset with interest in industry trends and customer use cases.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Collaborative team player who shares learnings with peers.
  • Excited to join a fast-moving scale-up and adapt quickly.
