  • Own pre-sales for medium-complexity deals: discovery, design, demos.
  • Partner with Account Executives to support cycles from discovery through evaluation.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations, adapting messaging to customer needs.
  • Execute customer evaluations: scope requirements, address objections, support RFI/RFP.
  • Manage multiple opportunities in parallel, improving deal velocity and handoffs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years in pre-sales, sales engineering, technical consulting, SaaS.
  • Experience in fast-paced SaaS/tech engagements.
  • Independently execute discovery, demo delivery, scoping, and objection handling.
  • REST APIs, SaaS concepts; familiarity with SSO and authentication frameworks.
  • Security and compliance knowledge; IT questionnaires and RFIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; adaptable messaging to audiences.
