  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategy.
  • Be a Global Payroll expert; stay current on features; guide customers.
  • Communicate the value of Remote Global Payroll via demos, proposals, and presentations.
  • Develop and iterate playbooks and materials for the sales cycle.
  • Understand customers' needs and translate into a scope of work for handover.
  • Ensure the team is enabled on the technical aspects of Global Payroll.

🎯 Requirements

  • Pre-sales consulting experience; assess client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Experience with global payroll processes and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of payroll tools: Employer of Record and contractor management.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales acumen.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling; fluent English; German/ French a plus.
  • 5+ years' related experience with a Bachelor's, or 3+ years with a Master's.
