π― Requirements
- Pre Sales Solution consulting experience with consultative techniques to understand client needs.
- Consultancy or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed workforce solutions and HRIS; familiarity with EOR.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and payroll software (Xero, QuickBooks).
- Strong sales acumen and ability to communicate clearly; storytelling.
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's.
