  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute the sales strategy.
  • Be a Global Payroll SME; stay current on product features and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate Remote's Global Payroll value via tailored demos, proposals, and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Pre Sales Solution consulting experience with consultative techniques to understand client needs.
  • Consultancy or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
  • Deep understanding of distributed workforce solutions and HRIS; familiarity with EOR.
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting and payroll software (Xero, QuickBooks).
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to communicate clearly; storytelling.
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's.
