🎯 Requirements
- Pre-sales consulting experience with client needs.
- Experience with global payroll processes and systems.
- Strong HRIS and distributed workforce knowledge.
- Knowledge of payroll tools like Xero or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Fluent English; German or French a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or 3+ with Master.
