  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategy.
  • Be a Global Payroll expert and guidance to customers.
  • Communicate value via demos, proposals, and presentations.
  • Develop and iterate playbooks and materials for the sales cycle.
  • Understand customer needs and translate to scope of work for implementation.
  • Enable teams on technical aspects and value proposition.

🎯 Requirements

  • Pre-sales consulting experience with client needs.
  • Experience with global payroll processes and systems.
  • Strong HRIS and distributed workforce knowledge.
  • Knowledge of payroll tools like Xero or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Fluent English; German or French a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or 3+ with Master.
