- Strong discovery skills to diagnose business problems
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executives
- Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure
