- Experience driving technical projects to conclusion
- High ownership mindset; drives work in ambiguous/fast-changing environments
- Strong executive presence; polished presentation (slides and verbal) skills
- Ability to scope projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with upmarket customers (regional mid-market or enterprise)
- Strong API knowledge and experience with integrations
