Solutions Consultant

📋 Description

• Partner with sales to plan opportunities and position Hootsuite as the solution.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover requirements and opportunities.
• Deliver value-based presentations and demos to social leadership.
• Use storytelling, whiteboarding, and multimedia to present solutions clearly.
• Manage trials with customers to demonstrate value and adoption.
• Facilitate customer workshops to surface deeper business value.

🎯 Requirements

• Ample experience in Solutions Consulting or social/agency experience.
• College degree/diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• Aptitude for explaining how solutions work and the business value.
• Industry knowledge in key markets desirable (FS, Gov, Higher Ed, Travel, Healthcare).
• Can articulate common social use cases in marketing, social selling, advocacy and service.
• Knowledge of related technologies outside our ecosystem (media production, adtech, martech).
