📋 Description

• Lead concurrent consulting projects delivering advisory-led solutions and digital transformation.
• Design and deploy AI-native automation solutions using Smartsheet capabilities.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and risks with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and influence account strategy.
• Conduct discovery, prototyping, testing, and customer feedback to meet complex needs.
• Mentor teammates and support continuous improvement in delivery methods.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years in management or tech consulting.
• Strong collaboration and team orientation.
• Hands-on with configuring and deploying SaaS apps.
• Interest in AI and automation to solve business challenges.
• Experience with change management and Agile PM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to travel up to 40%.
