🎯 Requirements

3-7 years in benefits consulting or underwriting.
Strong analytical skills for health plans, pricing, and coverage.
Excellent consultative communication with brokers and employers.
Experience with brokers, health insurance products, HR tech.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities; highly organized.
Familiarity with ICHRA regulations and compliance.
