- 4+ years in customer-facing solutions engineering or pre-sales (SaaS/AI).
- Proven experience with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers end-to-end.
- Strong API design, web tech, data transfer, security, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent verbal/written communication for execs, researchers, devs, PMs.
- Skilled at scoping and delivering POCs and pilot programs.
- Experience with post-sale handoff and documenting scope and success criteria.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and internal events.
