🎯 Requirements

3+ years in technical support or solutions engineering.
Strong software engineering background in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, or C/C++.
Experience developing automation solutions and improving processes.
Proven ability to troubleshoot production environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
