📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops to map AI agent deployments and requirements
• Design end-to-end AI security architectures (identity, tokens, auth, HIL)
• Configure and deploy Okta AI security capabilities in production
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide hands-on support
• Build POCs and validated architectures in customer environments
• Create diagrams, runbooks, and operational guides

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical delivery
• Enterprise delivery with multiple stakeholders
• Identity and security: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token exchange
• Hands-on with AI platforms: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, AWS Bedrock, LangChain
• Python and Node.js proficiency
• Excellent customer communication; explain tradeoffs to security teams
• Willingness to travel; work in high-velocity environment
