- Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover asset management pain points.
- Lead technical discovery with prospects to map ERP/CMMS/EAM integrations to MaintainX.
- Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and handoff estimates.
- Build a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
- Represent integration feasibility in deal reviews, flag risks to Sales leadership.
- Collaborate with post-sales Integrations to refine scoping templates and pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or technical consulting.
- Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar).
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery, onboarding, and post-sale deployment workflows.
- Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor).
