- Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical pain points in asset management and maintenance.
- Lead discovery conversations to map ERP/CMMS/EAM to MaintainX.
- Produce integration scope docs, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for handoff.
- Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns and assets.
- Represent integration feasibility in deal reviews; flag risks to Sales.
- Deliver live demos and PoC integrations to prospects when required.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
- Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across teams.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery: onboarding, deployment, and customer success.
- Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor).
- Proven ability to scope technical work and estimate effort.
