Solutions Architect II

📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical resource for AEs/CSMs; translate needs into Everlaw demos.
• Deliver platform demos and AI feature deep-dives for diverse audiences.
• Plan and execute POVs; define success criteria; manage logistics and trainings.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI and security responses with Proposals/Security teams.
• Build knowledge of Everlaw roadmap; provide field feedback to guide product.
• Collaborate across functions with AEs, CSMs, security, legal, and product.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in ediscovery with hands-on experience on a major platform; travel up to ~25%.
• Experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong command of ediscovery processes (EDRM, processing, review, productions, analytics) and corporate workflows.
• Excellent communicator; tailor demos to audience pain points and value drivers.
• Organized and process-oriented; manage multiple opportunities and RFx workstreams.
• Collaborate across AEs/CSMs and security, legal, product partners.
