Solutions Architect, Financial Services

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and proofs of value for commercial financial services.
• Own the technical evaluation process: solution design, POC/POV, workshops.
• Collaborate with Account Executives across North America to shape account strategies.
• Build relationships with tech practitioners and stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
• Advise on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud in risk/compliance context.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to inform roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with technical pre-sales or consulting guiding solution design.
• Proficiency with end-to-end SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts; discuss deployment, security, ops options.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations (POC/POV), tenders, and workshops.
• Clear technical communication and presentation skills across NA time zones.
