- Lead post-sales technical implementation conversations with merchants to map integration needs.
- Own the technical onboarding from kickoff to go-live with Eng/Product to close gaps.
- Establish and maintain technical onboarding docs — architecture, API inventories, and specs.
- Build a library of reusable integration assets—templates, guides, onboarding playbooks.
- Lead investigations and resolutions of complex post-onboarding issues with Eng/Support.
- Own pre-launch QA—sandbox testing and end-to-end validation of integrations.
- Identify and champion AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- 4-7 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect/Consultant).
- Proven track record leading clients through complex technical implementations.
- Translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences, incl. execs.
- Hands-on with mid-market and enterprise merchants; manage multiple accounts.
- Strong web tech knowledge; RESTful API design/troubleshooting; JS/HTML/CSS.
- Hands-on with integration patterns (APIs, file-based, event-driven, webhooks) and guidance.
- Proactive, ownership-driven; drive end-to-end solutions and advocate for client/business.
- Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing/debugging tools.
