Serve as primary technical advisor for Claude adoption from discovery to deployment
Enable partners to operate more effectively via Claude Code and processes
Design and lead cohort-based accelerators to scale impact
Create demos, docs, and tutorials to accelerate adoption
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops
Collaborate with segment leads and product engineers to deliver impact

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a technical role with customer-facing exposure
Experience with education/healthcare or mission-driven orgs
Familiar with LLM patterns, prompt engineering, evaluation, agent and retrieval frameworks
Love teaching, mentoring, helping others succeed
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Scrappy, multi-hat mindset and comfortable with ambiguity

🎁 Benefits

Annual salary: $240,000 — $270,000 USD
