Partner with account executives to translate requirements into solutions.
Serve as primary technical advisor on Claude adoption from discovery to deployment.
Support customers using Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
Create and deliver technical content for engineers to executives.
Guide architecture decisions and Claude integration into customer stacks.
Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives.

🎯 Requirements

US Secret Clearance preferred for defense tech customers.
Prior work in government or gov tech.
5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, TAM).
Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, incl. execs.
Familiar with Python and ML/LLM frameworks or data science.
