🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in system integrations (Solutions Engineer/Support/Implementation)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, CS, IT, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving with strong customer focus and track record of delivering solutions
- Strong communication to explain complex products to technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL, or other languages
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Thrives in early-stage environments and can build processes from scratch
- Fintech experience (neobank or card issuing) a plus
- Familiarity with financial APIs, webhooks, and real-time payment processing
