Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and shape solution strategy.
• Design target architectures for Agentic workflows and AI/web apps on Vercel.
• Create and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and workshops.
• Own and run proofs of concept end-to-end; define success and unblock blockers.
• Lead post-sale architecture for strategic accounts: onboarding and migrations.
• Proactively engage on performance, reliability, and cost optimization using metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles (solutions architect, SE) with web/cloud.
• Strong hands-on JS/TS with modern web frameworks; Next.js familiarity.
• Deep knowledge of web performance, caching, networking, security; AI/LLM/Agentic workflows.
• Able to discuss business outcomes with execs and translate to developers.
• Track record of owning complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with AWS/Azure/GCP and SaaS/edge architectures; developer empathy.
• Bonus: experience building AI-powered apps or Agentic workloads with AI SDK.
