  • Understand product/process impacts on functionality and capacity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex tech and integration issues.
  • Collaborate across teams to manage escalations and resolve cases.
  • Document user problems per SOP to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Stay current on features and tools to upskill peers.
  • Work 8am-8pm EST weekdays; occasional weekends/on-call.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-2 years SaaS support experience; IT degree preferred.
  • Data analysis or QA experience.
  • Experience supporting APIs, OAuth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, XML.
  • Strong communication and relationship management.
  • Multi-task and manage customer expectations in fast-paced env.
  • Experience with monitoring/diagnostic tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, DataDog) is a plus.
