- 1-2 years SaaS support experience; IT degree preferred.
- Data analysis or QA experience.
- Experience supporting APIs, OAuth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, XML.
- Strong communication and relationship management.
- Multi-task and manage customer expectations in fast-paced env.
- Experience with monitoring/diagnostic tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, DataDog) is a plus.
