- Assist existing clients with add-ons: Hardware, Software, Professional Services.
- Build relationships with merchants by listening to their needs and resolving them.
- Explain the value of Shift4 products via laptop or POS device.
- Listen, identify, and qualify sales opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Develop new accounts and target areas for growth.
- Exhibit professionalism and apply policies to grow market share.
- Responsible for signing new logos in your territory.
- Develop knowledge of current products and payments industry updates.
- Maintain regular communication with your direct manager.
- Attend weekly meetings to review pipeline and forecast opportunities.

- Willingness to cold-call and set meetings with potential clients in-person.
- Willingness to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
- Requires an entrepreneurial spirit and hunter-like mentality.
- Computer and smartphone literacy.
- Background in door-to-door/outside sales experience.
- Ability to meet sales quotas.
- CRM experience.
- Restaurant hospitality experience is a plus.
