  • Own and scale the Referral track of the Partner Program.
  • Be primary contact for Referral partners (non-strategic).

  • Drive pipeline and ARR for referrals; hit quarterly targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in sales, partnerships, channel, or GTM roles.
  • Experience with referral or reseller programs is a plus.
  • Pipeline-focused; own revenue and opp creation targets.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce and PRM or deal-reg tools.
  • Care about data quality and reporting.
  • Builder mentality; scale new motions, not just inherit.
