🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in strategic ops, staffing, or resource mgmt in tech services.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and KPIs.
- Experience in staffing/resource mgmt or talent deployment a plus.
- Strong analytics: Salesforce, data warehouses, BI tools (Looker, Hex, BigQuery).
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred; English native.
