• Executive Presence: Engage senior leaders (CNOs/CNIOs/CMIOs/CIOs/CFOs).
• Collaboration and Leadership: Cross-functional influence without direct authority.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Translate clinical requirements into tech solutions.
