🎯 Requirements
- RN with significant clinical experience (acute/critical/med-surg).

- Clear communication to clinicians, executives, and technical teams.
- Executive presence engaging senior leaders (CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs).
- Cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without authority.
- Analytical and strategic thinking to evaluate clinical workflows and translate requirements.
