Solution Engineer - Public Sector - Regulated (West)

📋 Description

• Provide presales technical/functional support and solution strategy to prospects.
• Provide direction in applying technology to the customer's organization.
• Develop and deliver high-quality Qualtrics presentations and product demonstrations.
• Present advanced product features, benefits, and overall solution direction.
• Design, validate, and present Qualtrics software solutions including 3rd party services.
• Interact with customer management and participate in sales planning and business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in sales/solution engineering or solution architect in SaaS.
• Public Sector experience: K-12, Higher Ed, State/local or Federal.
• High energy, self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing/Business/CS or a quantitative field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Travel up to 25%.
