🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer at a SaaS company
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagement
  • Strong understanding of product development and launch processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and support-ticketing systems
  • Willing to work in person at our office 4-5 days per week
