🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years managing and coaching a technical team

- Deep technical understanding of GIS, Esri tech and infrastructure (utilities, telecom, rail)
- Translate infrastructure knowledge into customer solutions
- Expert in listening to clients, assessing needs, and presenting solutions
