🎯 Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Background in contact center solutions, cloud CX platforms, or workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of CCaaS, NLU/NLP, and cloud architectures.
- Ability to configure integrations, build demo data flows, troubleshoot environment issues.
- Familiarity with CXone, Agentic AI, Chat bot or similar platforms is a plus.
- Outstanding presentation skills for executive and operations audiences.
