Critically evaluate information; reconcile conflicts; decompose details
Document and prioritize detailed business requirements based on users and business needs
Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and plan the BA team

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in business analysis
Direct experience with the United States Department of Energy (DOE) preferred
Experience on midsize or large projects (10+ people)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
Experience in conducting requirements elicitation sessions, familiar with different techniques
Advanced level of English
