- Experience with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect).
- Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, speech-to-speech, LLM AI, WebSocket/API integration, AWS Cloud.
- Systems mindset and ability to fit pieces in complex IT environments.
- Strong enterprise instincts and credibility with CX teams.
