🎯 Requirements

8+ years in software development (.NET/JavaScript/Java)
3+ years in technical leadership and software architecture
Hands-on cloud experience: Azure or AWS; Google Cloud if open to reskilling
Strong AI solution design and positioning in presales
Pricing and effort estimation experience
Excellent English for client communication
