- Advise customers on Appian design and implementation on private cloud or on-prem, including gov cloud.
- Support the sales cycle by creating high-value, differentiated solutions with a delivery roadmap.
- Present and vet integrated solutions and complex technical concepts to customers.
- Assist with configuration, testing, deployment and operations of Appian apps using agile methods.
- Guide clients on development practices, governance and delivery automation (DevSecOps tools).
- Lead the development of Customer Success innovations to improve delivery capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years advising on government cloud design and at least 10 years in multi‑tier architecture.
- Experience architecting secure cloud hosting for federal customers using AWS, GCP, and/or Azure; leadership in enterprise cloud environments.
- Experience authoring federal proposals and whitepapers is required.
- In-depth experience managing federal programs and delivering IT with Agile (Scrum/SAFe).
- Experience with designing and implementing DevSecOps pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, Cucumber, JMeter, FitNesse).
- Willingness to travel 10-15% including SCIFs.
