📋 Description

• Design ArcGIS platform strategies to meet complex PS customer needs.
• Define business continuity for on-prem and cloud deployments.
• Define best practices for deploying ArcGIS and integrating with non-Esri systems.
• Translate customer requirements into software architecture and design specs.
• Advise customers on innovative Esri solutions to support decisions.
• Recommend architectures and migration strategies with customers.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to map GIS workflows.
• Develop multi-year IT/GIS strategies for technology changes and budgets.
• Mentor colleagues and guide less-experienced staff.
• Lead implementation phases with coaching, budgets, and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of GIS platform architecture and solution design.
• Experience architecting ArcGIS enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Esri software.
• Python, JavaScript, and HTML5 programming/scripting.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Knowledge of geospatial concepts and spatial analysis.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and cloud-hybrid configurations.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.
