Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface mount components to IPC standards.
Assemble electro-mechanical systems, including cable harnesses and PCB subassemblies.
Interpret MWIs, drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
Maintain high workmanship standards.
Perform in-process inspections of solder joints.
Follow ESD and controlled environmental practices.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years soldering experience.
Ability to read drawings and schematics.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in hand soldering small components; high-voltage experience preferred.
IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) preferred.
Familiarity with ESD programs preferred.
