📋 Description

• Investigate alleged Illinois Shines violations and recommend actions.
• Draft and edit disciplinary letters per SOPs and client expectations.
• Coordinate program admin tasks and document workflows with stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings and cross-department discussions.
• Monitor complaints and trends to improve compliance.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and action items.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years experience in compliance, consumer protection, or regulatory fields.
• Knowledge of solar policies, terminology, and programs.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote).
• Ability to train staff on new procedures and processes.
