Edit letters and disciplinary correspondence per SOPs and client expectations
Support the Senior Manager of Consumer Protection and Illinois Shines program admin
Organize and lead in-person or virtual meetings with clients and participants
Track deliverables, milestones, and progress; report to stakeholders
Identify process improvements and risks; develop corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

A bachelor’s degree
8+ years of relevant experience in compliance or related fields
Knowledge of solar policies, Illinois Shines, and related programs
Strong written communication and editing skills
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to train staff on professional writing and SOPs
