  • Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales).
  • Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting; familiarity with Splunk, JIRA, Salesforce.
  • Windows OS, networking, cloud, virtualization, and storage.
  • Data management and reporting with Power BI and SQL Server.
