- Data analytics: Power BI and SQL Server experience.
- CRM and collaboration: strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work cross-functionally (engineering, product, sales, support).
- Problem solving: root cause analysis; experience with Splunk, JIRA, and Salesforce.
- Compliance: CJIS background and ability to handle confidential information.
- Certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL are a plus.
