🎯 Requirements

  • Technical skills: Windows OS, networking, cloud solutions, virtualization, storage.
  • Data analytics: Power BI and SQL Server experience.
  • CRM and collaboration: strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and work cross-functionally (engineering, product, sales, support).
  • Problem solving: root cause analysis; experience with Splunk, JIRA, and Salesforce.
  • Compliance: CJIS background and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL are a plus.
